A summary of the upcoming hours will be sent to you at the end of the previous month. For example, the upcoming hours for February lessons will be sent out at the end of January. Any extra lessons booked during the month (e.g. during public holidays) will be added to the following month's summary.
Upon receiving of the hours summary, payment can be made via cash, cheque or direct bank deposit. If paying by cash or cheque, please simply bring it into the next scheduled lesson and give it to either James or Jennifer. If paying by direct bank deposit, please notify us of when the transfer was made via WhatsApp/email.
All lessons are conducted at our centre’s location in Happy Valley (1/F 38 Blue Pool Road).
For walk-in inquiries, our centre is open whenever we have scheduled lessons. Typically we're open weekdays (Monday to Friday) from 3pm to 7pm and Saturdays from 9am to 6pm. We strongly encourage new inquires to contact us to arrange a time.
Concept Tutorials is open seven days a week for scheduled lessons.
The centre is operational during public holidays. With that being said, for those who have scheduled lessons on these days and would like to come, please do let us know. We'll send out a reminder a few days before the holidays to reconfirm.
No lessons will take place when a typhoon 8, 9 or 10 warning, or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. Any missed classes due to the weather will be reschedule for a make up lesson.
If a lesson needs to be cancelled for any reasons (appointments, family events, school activities, etc), please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the missed lesson fee.
If a lesson is cancelled less than 24 hour before the scheduled time due to illness, please provide a doctor’s note to waive the late cancellation charge (the missed lesson’s fee).
Any lessons cancelled with at least 24 hour notice will be rescheduled to another day, typically on Sundays. Times for make up lessons during the weekdays are limited and are subject to availability.
